And, even when we RS> KNOW how bad they really are, we RE-elect them!! RS> We embarass me frequently. We don't have as much time as we'd like to have to deal with the rascals, them having the big advantage of not only doing what they're doing full-time while we're trying to make a living and do other stuff like raise families and such, but they also have support staff (that we pay for!) to help them with their mischief... Cool. RS> They were just getting started working on an RF link to update the RS> car PC from the house PC. Wireless networking? Why not... RS> BTW, there are CD changers that will play MP3's. Some are even RS> factory installed. I thought that might be the case, but it's been a *long* time since I tried to stay current with what all was out there. Heard today on the radio that there was some sort of a federal court decision that said that ISPs are now *required* to help "the industry" find people who are downloading music illegally. That ain't gonna work either, in the long run, but it still makes things be a bit of a pain for the rest of us. ---* Origin: TANSTAAFL BBS 717-838-8539 (1:270/615) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 270/615 150/220 379/1 633/267 |
