It was November 93.. found the netmail about it last night.
 
 
There is a private list that's published for the REC's/ZEC with names/netmail 
address' and Email address'.. no one but the REC's and higher can have it.
 
After about a two week battle.. I just got John put back on the list since it 
had past REC's and Stars listed.
