Yup!  You can get a copy of gcc (as far as I remember it is the same as
g++) for OS/2 at Walnut Creek.  If you have any of the Hobbes CD's, it is
on there as well.  It uses gcc + emx to compile OS/2 code.  DOS code is
also supported.
