When the Republicans were in power leftists delighted in screaming
"racist" or "racism" every time a conservative made any
utterance that was anything less than praiseworthy of any non-white
American. The media generally ignored these asinine "racism"
claims.

Now that the looters are in power (and how) we find Republicans starting to
call leftists racists. The charges of racism from Republicans against 
Sotomayor are completely absurd. Obama's Supreme Court nominee has said
nothing that I can find which would indicate that she feels that any one
race is genetically or inherently superior to another. She may have shown
just a bit of prejudice or bigotry or prejudice, but no racism.

Sure .. the left could get away with screaming racism at the drop of a hat.
Why? Because the media wouldn't call them on it, that's why. A Democrat
would scream "racism" and the media would remain silent. It's not
going to be that way when a Republican calls a leftist a racist. The media
is going to howl.

Due to rampant misuse the word has no meaning any more. So give it a rest.
You're just giving the Obama-infatuated media something to use against the
right.
