You may use a special case call to VioScrollXX functions with an upper left
coordinates (0,0), bottom right coordinates (-1,-1) and number of lines to
scroll -1. This special case call does not require you to first determine
the dimensions of the actual screen:

    VioScrollUp(0, 0, -1, -1, -1, (PBYTE)&usCell, 0);
}
