Well, I personnally don't think that the Hurricanes will have any kind of 
decent year at all, but that is my opinion. I didn't think they had a good 
team in Hartford, and they still don't. But that can change easily with a 
couple of new players. I haven't followed them thta closely, but they have 
some good players. 
As for an IHL team ,the IHl is getting kind of goofy with the new rule 
changes, so another minor league team would probably be better.
