Yes, I agree.  However I will support Howard's move to spend 
$1 billion on "the environment" as it allows him to claim
this as the great environment thingo and if he doesn't get the
Telecom sale through he at least doesn't have to waste the 
money.  On the other hand, if he does get the thing through,
he'll get the money to reduce debt and help the country, and
yes, he has to wear a $1 billion "loss".  BFN.  Paul.
