PN> Yeah, they're well spoken of, and I respect S&W...but at this time the
PN> budget is such that I can't go with the big-buck choices.
For an enexpensive choice I would buy her a Charter Arms
Bulldog in .44sp . they come with a 2 inch shrouded barrel
5 round capacity and a pocket hammer. the grips leave something
to be desired however a set of pachmyer GRIPPERS make all the
difference in the world. the .44sp is a mild round and is lighter
than a .357 in recoil but would be devastating as a defence round.
No one has commented on this weapon and I would like to hear
what others have to say about this particular weapon and round.
the older bull dog had a 3 inch barrel and was not shrouded,
was available with or without the pocket hammer.
come on guys... opinions? I love mine.
