It might be a good idea to get that elist working at your end
if at all possible. There are people asking for 'wireless pcmia
networking' to replace things like vgalib within BL2. At
present I am the only voice that disagrees with this.

I've seen ISPs drop SMTP access entirely but not tell
customers. They probably get into legal difficulties allowing
spammers to use their server and solve the problem by shutting
down SMTP totally then stalling while customers blame
themselves for not getting access.
