Just a little observation:
Since there is no OS/2 version of PB as of yet (in the works, we all can
hardly wait..hehe...) no DOS path can have spaces, so ya might as
well just rtrim$(pathname, any chr$(0)+" ").
See?
If spaces are allowed in certain operating systems, different rules
apply, naturally.  Meaning a path is deliminated, most often.
