I know that the new generation of such a/c have flight control system
computers which will allow this. Eurofighter certainly will. It's all part
of already being unstable. i.e no coumputer & you may as well have no
wings, equally have computer & it will adapt to losing all sorts of
flight surfaces.


I think they are looking to get it into Airbus etc. which will be nice.
