I used to print large numbers of envelopes on HP 4Si laser printers. The 
4Si had an envelope feeder, which was pretty reliable, but the rollers 
had to be replaced every couple years - fortunately on that HP model it 
was a pretty easy procedure.

Of course the 4Si would take up a lot more desktop real estate than your 
1520 too :)
