And when the Alaskan, Canadian and Siberian permafrost melts and lets all
that vegetable material delay.  Try legislating against that.

It's WAY too late to stop the process.  We have to adapt to it.  I suspect
that few humans will survive.

We're gong to have to develop legal systems like the old Wild West.
