It was labelled terrorism back when people were blowing up government
buildings in the US.

In the end, I don't believe the anti-war protests, violent or not, had much
effect on the outcome of the war, although the enmity that developed in
those days still echoes throughout US society and politics.

I think majority public opinion turned against the war because people got
tired of burying their children.
