EMERGENCY.

I have identified a serious problem with BinkD .FLO file management affecting
all versions of D'Bridge from present to past versions. If your name is not 
Ward Dossche then please review this carefully.

The symptoms of the problem may be one of the following:

- Mail not being delivered to a downlink outside your zone (Fidonet)
- A huge mess of subdirectories in DB\DATA
- A huge mess of FLO, TRY or HLD files in incorrect subdirectories.
- A system polls you correctly but no packets delivered (files remain)

I have just fixed it and am testing it on Darkrealms. So far so good.

If anyone requires this immediately, let me know, otherwise I will roll this 
fix into the upcoming Service Release 3 which I'm hoping to have done by this 
weekend or next.
