Points are for power users... they are not full nodes and have always been
"unlisted" in the nodelist.  It's up to their "boss"
node to traditionally
route their inbound netmail to them.

If they need to be routeable then it's best to list them as a true node as
long as they run their mailer during your zone mail hour.

Many so called "bbs's" are now single user superpoints that once
operated as
bbs systems.  But the sysop maintained everything as a single user system
after their BBS had long been disabled.
