Sounds like a good starting point. Want to start as low as I can, without
having to ruin a cleaning rod getting a lodged bullet out of the barrel.

Maybe I should duct-tape it to the side of the bench, and tie a string to the

Yep, just didn't seat them quite deep enough for my Glock. My brother's
Glock, which has several thousand more rounds through it, seemed to like
them, and he liked the free ammo.

Can't remember who made them, got a box of 500 at the local gun shop. They
look to be shaped like a flat-topped hemisphere.

Haven't thought much about hte various bottle-neck cartridges available these
days. Keep us posted on how they work out for you.
I've been wanting a longer barrel for my Glock 23, to get MagnaPorted. Did
see someone offering a Glock barrel with an integral comp for $150, might
have to get one, once I remember which magazine the ad was in. Might fix
that "unsupported case head" problem I've heard about.
