No, it's not, Germany wasn't fighting just one enemy, resources were
stretched, if Germany had been able to focus all it's resources on the
eastern front, Russia would have lost it's 2 major cities before the first
winter, and it would have been downhill from there. After claim the major
cities, Germany would have had time to just sit out the winter...

**ONLY** because the western front was there too. It's just plain silly to
