Whats with the couple of private flagged messages to me which popped up
in LocSysop from people outside TML ?  Presumably they were actually
netmails ?

Whats the story about replying, and for that matter where are netmails
in general up to now ?  Not that I want to reply to either or send any
netmail any time soon. Just wondering.
