It wuz not the flow control.  In windows 95 it sets up a buffer.  I had mine 
set on full and it wuz sending more then the client could handle.  I just 
lowered the buffer and it seems to work fine now.   But this buffer is VERY 
powerfull!.  I went from a normal 3000Cps at 28800Bps to a 3900Cps at 
28800Bps.  thats like a 38400 transfere rate.  But if theres a slight bit of 
line noise you will  get to many errors or not even connect at all.
