This is your swap file for windows. Unlike OS/2's dynamic resizing of its
swap file, Windoze makes a static file as big as you asked for in the
Advanced Settings part of the 386Enhanced control panel.

Unless you want to run no swapfile, don't delete it. If you do want rid of
it, set it to None in the control panel.
