You can find any one to say anything on the net. An Ambassador's words about a border dispute do not equal an okay to invade and take over another country. You can twist it any way that you would like. Saddam was supported at times by the US, but he was as much a creation of the UK as the US. That webpage is so simplified as to be laughable.
