If the president can impose and enforce a stay at home order for the whole
country, but didn't, then I will have to agree with you on your disapproval.

I just don't see that being an option for the president though - can he
really take that kind of action though?

I can't imagine the police trying to deal with oblivious Americans who aren't
scared of the virus; trying to get them off the streets - it would take a lot
of police.
