Haa.Haa. One of my guitars is a Fender Strat that I bought from Tom Engle.
It's a real beauty, and for a half year, it lived at Bill Rileys' house. He
liked it so much, he set it on a coffee table in his living room with a lamp
shade mounted on top. He then sent me a photo of it. I was encouraged to go
to Portland and get it!

I didn't know that.

I agree there. The wine color that Gibson uses is cool and looks good on a
Les Paul.
LW> The gibson is an awsome sound compared to the Fenders.
I use my guitars for different styles of music since they sound different. I
like playing more blues based stuff on my Strats, whereas in the band I like
the punch and powerful clean sound from the Les Paul.
I hope you get a lot enjoyment from the Les Paul, I know you've been wanting
one for a long time. Next will be a Fender Super Reverb or a Marshall JCM900
amplifier!
