Agreed.  I know people who are older than I am that don't understand why
the cell phone is not always on.  "It's only for emergencies, or when
I am traveling" does not register with them.  I don't want an electronic
tracking device, and won't subject myself to carrying one.  The day the
cell phone becomes that is the day it goes in the drink!
