1-I don't have enough speakers to go around, or space for them.

2-A bunch more speakers would be just so much more clutter to work
around.

3-I'm perfectly capable of using my home entertainment system to destroy
my peace & quiet.

4-The dozen or so puters in various states of configuration and
installed OS's don't all fit where they can be used at the same time,
and get shuffled about according to which is required for the job at
hand.

5-I don't feel compelled to rip them out of machines that arrived with
them already installed.

6-It's really hard to remove the ones that come installed in
motherboards.

7-I really don't cherish the opportunity for din.
