This particular side thread began, when someone in reference to the Florida
Supreme court mentioned that Florida was in the South and tried to imply
that therefore the judges on the Florida Supreme court had to be
conservative because it was the South.  So the point of this side thread
was about the Florida courts and laws not being like a southern state,
WHICH THEY AREN'T.

You and others piled in with cracker comments, but they were not on point
and irrelevant with regard to the origins of this side thread.
