You can ... at least in NW 3.x, at the server console, type in a command wich 
for the life of me I can't remember... it allows you to change the password 
to any vailid account. ... Or you could create another user with the user ID 
of null (ALT-255) and give it sup. equivilent access.  When somthing happens 
to the Sup. pw login under this account and change the Sup password under 
syscon or whatever.  If this works or not under 4 I don't know.  
BTW: isn't it becoming a pain having users recreate their Passwords yet?
