the Club of B band carriers, which has no roaming charge for
anywhere in Canada and also few frills such as free evenings and

Seems the club of B band carriers can agree as to how to share
the wealth on paid for airtime, but not free evenings and
weekends.
Yes, Cantel would be a better choice for someone who roams a lot
in Canada outside of their home province.
