AT&T and Cingualr are fielding "GAIT" phones as a transitory
measure. They're
a hybrid of TDMA and GSM, but I can't recall if they're 900/1800 capable.

I haven't seen a combo CDMA+GSM phone, but Motorola makes a iDEN+GSM phone
for Nextel.
