Hello All!

Ok, I've updated PQWK to make it use the seconds field, and also to make
the "-T" option work a bit nicer.  Neither has been tested.  It
is available for FREQ from me as "PQWKBETA", and I have attached
a copy to Brenton.  I would prefer it if you left Brenton to try it out
(Brenton, start off as a plug-in replacement for PQWK201, ie don't try the
"-T" option yet).  The reason is that with the change of date
format, I would prefer the messages to stay "local" rather than
violate specs for the outside world.  I don't know what Borland's locale
uses for the Month abbreviation, and I don't know what the specs say, so I
didn't bother looking either up, I thought I'd just have a look at
Brenton's messages.  BFN.
