It is not only not an issue for Blair, it is not an issue. Think Vince Foster.

What we have got here is a change of focus, deliberate no doubt. Up till
now it has all been about Blair and Iraq. Conveniently it is now all about
the MoD, Kelly and Gilligan. Kelly's apparent death adds spice to it all.
The media is salivating over that. Where does Blair fit into any of that?
That 10 Downing cooked the intelligence is already known. So they suppose
Blair ordered Kelly killed as did the far-right kooks in this country
concerning Foster and Clinton?

I am listening to the BBC report on this as I type. Of course the news
readers are seeing it as big, big story and Blair in big trouble. One of
them asked a reporter accompanying Blair on his trip if she thought he was
in real trouble. She hesitated for some time before saying anything, no
doubt surprised at the question. Her reply, when she realized what she was
expected to say, was more or
less yes. I can only imagine what she thought of that dummy reader back in London.

Think tempest in a teapot. A deliberate tempest in a teapot. Remember, it is not
an independent entity that has ordered the inquiry. The MoD ordered it.
What does that tell you?
