I hope he's still around and willing to continue that.  The debates
that will happen after an initiation will be of interest to Spanish
speaking sysops as well as others.  ;-)

Indeed we should... but recent experience tells me that it's not as
easy as it sounds.  We went almost a year before some in Z2 were 
aware of what we were doing.  Distributing requires translations so
everyone can understand, and people willing and able to do so.

I think that's a goood place to /suppliment/ distribution, but you are
correct in saying they belong in the echos here first.  :)
