Anyway villa hits the robot with wrench or somthing and goes out like a
light. They think they might have killed the bloke, they stick him in a
stasis booth or suspeneded animation capsule what ever you want to call it,
i can't remember what they called it.

     Logically yes. To make a good story no, though as a compromise you
could have him paralysed, half blind, and only coherent an hour or two
every day..........
