Wasn't that just SO damned beautiful? Is there anything more wonderful than
watching Dusty Baker crying in his beer?

I loved every minute of it.

But let me disagree about the part about "team" not having
"I"- I had a major leaguer tell me this- "Team does have
"I" in it- as in "I'll pick you up, I'll move you over, I'll
drive you in, I'll get the guy out, I'll run harder, I'll cheer you on,
I'll sacrifice myself, I'll not worry about being the star, I'll pitch well
even when I don't have my best stuff- I'LL DO WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE US
WIN." This guy played on teams that went on to win a couple of World
Series.

GO MARLINS!

Make me wish I was in SoFla.

Well, heck, my daughter is. Damned brat.
