Belay this.  There is no provision for running alternate config 
files (I'd confused it with Msged and Fastlst).

Well, I've just spent a couple of hours with the docs again, and 
you're right, there is no way of removing seen-bys, apart from using 
the SaveControlHeaderInfo verb in squish.cfg, but I don't know if 
that will do exactly what I want).  What an arsehole!  :-(
