No, the point is:
Are they terrorists? All of them? Some of them? Which ones? What checks and
balances are in place to prevent, as far as practical, making the wrong
decision? If they aren't terrorists, they're political prisoners. Treating
them as you are doing is the stock-in-trade of an oppressive dictatorship,
not an enlightened democracy.
