I'm still using 2.0 so assuming things have not changed:

I have these commands assigned to F3 as follows:
                    Nextfile()
                Prevfile()

I suspect I do not understand your question since both
CopyBlock() and
MoveBlock()
insert blocked text at the cursor position, but anyway ...
