As far as Limbaugh and drugs are concerned, as I understand it he has been all over the map on that issue depending on whether he was in far-right or libertarian mode at any given time. It may be that he adopted the latter approach only after he became aware of his own addiction. In any case, your little factoid doesn't contradict anything anyone else here has said.
