Don't know. I haven't seen the clip so I can't help. I've seen the advert
many times, of course. As a result of it the word has entered our lexicon,
in the way that "Yeah right", "Doh!" and
"Not." entered yours. It simply struck a chord in the national
payche - and the national funny-bone as well.

And while we're on the subject of things that would be funny if they
weren't so serious, there's a political storm raging here at the moment
over the Government's recent decision not to extend a moratorium on GE
(Genetic Engineering) work. It clears the way for field trials etc. There
is predictable opposition from many groups, for example Mothers Against
Genetic Engineering (MAdGE). They have been active in several ways, for
example a protest in Parliament reported here:
