I wouldn't worry to much about this...Borland has been having financial 
trouble for some time, but this usually means a company will get their act 
together and restructure or be bought up and/or merge with another company. I 
am sure Borland or their product lines will survive. Their compilers are to 
good to fail. I doubt VB 5 will offer much over Delphi 2 let alone Delphi 97. 
Should probably get back on track with more technical related topics 
pertaining to Delphi.
