g0> DIFFs are not handled at all.  Nodelists are tiny, and the transfer is
 g0> free, so the the entire purpose of a DIFF has become unnecessary over
 g0> time.  This is why Mystic just imports entire nodelists.

Just my two cents.  I agree `110%  Diffs were used in the day because of the
cost of dial up and since they were smaller it cost less.  Nodelists were
very large in the 90's and late 80's and it made more sense then to process
DIFF's

But today, telnet/internet and much small nodelists there is no longer the
need.
