   According to the USR FAQ sheet.. Those BBS with
   ISDN and the I-modem will be able to send you 56k IF
   you have a USR modem with X2.
   So... the sad part is we are in a Priority system
   battle AGAIN... Between USR and the rest of the World..
   And those with a Rockwell 56K system will NOT be able to
   use a USR 56k connect...
   So the end users suffer again...
