The corporate rates Bell cellular offers in Ontario and Quebec
have roughly the same monthly rate, usually include no air time
but offer say 20 or 25 cents a minute for peak time and a 25
percent discount on add ons like message center, evenings and
weekends and such.
Their rates were dirt cheap on some things last year but are back
to about where they were when I first signed up in 1990.
The per minute rate tens to be lower though.
Their corporate rate plans are for 10 or more phones billed to
one customer.  I supose a family could negotiate something but
they won't let say a church congregation or lodge get a corporate
rate for its members unless all phones are billed to one person
and few lodges would do that.
