Wow!  It hadn't been too long since I had run CheckINI, but I
just did and found more problems than usual.  Went through it
all and rebooted.  So far, no more problems.  Will wait for a
repetition to tear open the case.

BTW:  I looked up Memtest and was uncertain which version would
run on a pure eCS machine.  I downloaded what seemed to be a
bootable DOS version.  Will this work?  Any tips or tricks?
