Now Otto is trying to claim that California voters forced FDR to issue his
executive order. Otto even threw in a "corrupt general" who
supposedly bought all their land at "fire-sale prices."

Many neighboring farmers bought up the land and then sold it back to the
original owners for what they paid for it.
