If your callers are getting the "errors" when they download from your system, 
then MOST LIKELY there is a FLOW CONTROL problem at the USER's side.
Tell your user(s) that they should make sure that that their comm software is 
configured for RTS/CTS, and that they have the proper minimums set for LOCKED 
BAUD rates.
