Hello All!
Here is the text of an announcement on the "Voice of Russia" Homepage
(www.vor.ru):
"As of January 1, 1998, the Voice of Russia World Service is cutting its
presence on shortwave from 24 to 16 hours a day. You will be able to
pick us up between 02.00 and 10.00 UTC and between 14.00 and 22.00 UTC.
We shall continue on our regular frequencies in the 19, 25, 31, 41 and
49 metre bands. In redrafting the programme schedule, we have done our
best to keep the most popular series going. For details of the upcoming
changes, follow our announcements or visit our Web-site."
