You don't need to apologize, Thom.  English is a difficult language
to learn as a second language.  And you haven't seen 'misunderstanding'
until you've seen two _native_ English speakers get in a flame war
because they _refuse_ to understand each other!  
And recently, we Americans have finally figured out that those
windmills are a pretty smart idea!
