   N.Ireland, remainder of Ireland mainly dry with sunshine though rain
   into southwest later. England and Wales frost at first scattered
   showers and sunshine. Dry and very cold Norway and Sweden fog and frost
   persisting, sunshine in southern Sweden. Sunshine and frequent snow
   showers Denamark through to Estonia. Mix of rain showers and snow
   showers through Germany, across Poland, into Czech and Bulgaria through
   to Hungary . Cloudy with outbreaks of rain moving into then across
   France during the day, rain also fringing northern coasts of Spain and
   Atlantic Portugal Portugal. Cloudy with outbreaks of snow across
   Austria and Switzerland, sunshine and showers for Italy and coastal
   Bosnia to Albania with snow at height. Scattered showers with sunshine
   across Greece to Turkey.

   Wednesday 04 December
   Cloudy with outbreaks of prolonged and at times heavy rain into western
   and southwest France France, with rain also into northeast and later
   central to southern Spain. Cloudy with rain for Ireland, Scotland and
   later into Wales rain persisting for much of the day especially
   northwest adjancent to Atlantic coasts. Sunshine and snow showers
   Denmark into Germany and along Baltic to Estonia. Dry with sunshine
   though with temperatures below 0C for southern Sweden and Norway Norway
   For much of central areas mainly dry with sunshine though scattered
   showers will occur across Germany towards Poland and into Czech and
   Hungary towards Bulgaria . Cloudy with outbreask of prolonged and heavy
   rain eastern Spain through to Italy and later into Greece and Turkey.
